Aadhar Card Status through Name

Finally we have a system in place whereby we can check aadhar card status by name and download the AADHAR card online if it's ready.

Process to check Aadhar status

1. Visit https://resident.uidai.gov.in/find-uid-eid

2. Choose option, Aadhar Number or Enrollment Number, in the section “you want to get your lost” option.

3. Give your complete name

4. Give your email ID

5. Give your listed mobile number

6. Give security code as shown and click on Get OTP button

7. OTP will be sent to your mobile or email id

8. Enter the OTP you just got on your mobile or email id

9. Click on check OTP

10. Now, you will get an SMS on your mobile with your Aadhar card number or Enrollment Id

11. Now, visit https://eaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/

12. Choose option Enrollment id or Aadhaar, in "I have" option

13. Enter your Aadhar card number or Enrollment Id, Pin Code, complete name, security text and mobile number



14. Click on Get OTP button

15. OTP will be sent on mobile or email id

16. Enter the OTP you just got on your mobile in the Enter OTP box and click on Validate and Download button

17. At present, you have downloaded your e-Aadhar card. Write your Pin Code as the password when you go to the PDF

18. Now, you have your e-Aadhar card, which you can print

On the other hand, if you want to apply for PAN card, then first, you need to know PAN card application charges as well.
